The Council of Ministers approves the completion of (30) thousand housing units in the Bismaya residential complex

Baghdad, The Council of Ministers approved the completion of (30) thousand housing units in the Bismaya residential complex, disbursing Hanwha Company’s dues for the completed housing units, and authorizing the National Investment Authority to proceed with the implementation of the remaining 70 thousand housing units, with mechanisms that it will establish after negotiating with the Korean Hanwha Company for local and foreign financing.

The Council of Ministers also approved, in its session held today, Tuesday, the sale of residential plots of land owned or registered in violation of the provisions of the law, whose title deeds were judicially invalidated and re-registered in the name of the owner to the last owner before the invalidation (in good faith) or his heirs.
