Dubai Rental Disputes Center Receives AED 3 Million Donation for Humanitarian Aid
DUBAI: The Rental Disputes Center in Dubai has been bolstered by a significant AED 3 million donation from the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment. This donation aims to support families struggling with rental disputes and promote stability within the community.
According to Emirates News Agency, the generous contribution was allocated to the ‘Yad Al Khair’ Committee under the Rental Disputes Center. This initiative reflects a commitment to social cohesion and aims to assist individuals detained for rental judgment execution due to financial constraints. The donation underscores the spirit of solidarity and humanitarian support prevalent in the UAE.
Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, the Director-General of the Dubai Land Department, expressed his gratitude towards the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment for their support in social causes. Bin Ghalita praised the establishment’s contribution, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability of Dubai’s real estate environment by fostering positive relations between landlords and tenants.
Saleh Zaher Al Mazrouei, Director-General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment, emphasized that the contributions align with the directives of its leader, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The establishment’s efforts are directed towards fulfilling its humanitarian mission and extending assistance to community members, contributing to the nation’s development and prosperity.
Judge Abdul Qader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the Rental Disputes Center, acknowledged the charitable support, highlighting its role in promoting social justice.
