Abu Dhabi: Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC), engaged in discussions with Salvatore Caiata, Chairman of the UAE Friendship Group in the Italian Parliament, focusing on enhancing parliamentary cooperation between the UAE and Italy. The meeting was part of the Italian delegation’s ongoing visit to the UAE, aiming to strengthen ties and collaboration on various issues.
According to Emirates News Agency, both parties explored avenues for coordination on mutual interests in regional and international parliamentary forums. The discussions included exchanging expertise, knowledge, and parliamentary practices, with an emphasis on enriching cooperation across all fields. This engagement underscores a shared vision between the two nations on significant international matters, highlighting the robust bilateral relations that serve mutual interests and bolster global collaboration.
