ABU DHABI: The United Arab Emirates has issued a strong condemnation following a deadly attack at the Ministry of Refugees in Afghanistan, resulting in the death of Refugee Minister Khalil Rahman Haqqani and several others.
According to Emirates News Agency, the UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement denouncing the attack, characterizing it as a criminal act that violates international law. The statement emphasized the UAE’s rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism that threaten security and stability.
The Ministry also extended its condolences and sympathy to the Afghan government, its citizens, and the families affected by the attack. The statement included wishes for a swift recovery for those injured in the incident.
