WAFA: AL-JAZEERA REPORTER SHIREEN ABU AQLEH KILLED DURING AN ISRAELI ARMY OPERATION IN JENIN

Al-Jazeera reporter Shireen Abu Aqleh was killed on Wednesday morning during an Israeli army operation in the northern West Bank city of Jenin.

The Ministry of Health said Abu Aqleh was hit by a live bullet in the head and rushed to the hospital in critical condition until she was declared dead.

Another reporter, Ali Samoudi, was also shot by a live bullet in the back, said the ministry. He was reported in stable condition.
